Refund policy

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as you have not downloaded anything yet. Once the download starts, the right of withdrawal ends, provided you agreed to this at checkout. We record for every order whether and when a download started.

If a product is faulty, the statutory warranty applies. Describe the fault to us briefly. We fix it, and if that doesn’t work, we refund the price.

Write to hello@byince.com and include the order number from the email with your downloads. Or request the refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, using the email address you entered at checkout.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method you used. Paddle confirms the refund by email. Depending on your bank and payment method, it takes a few days until the money reaches your account.

The download links stop working and your usage right ends. Delete the files and remove the product from your store or website.
